Heavenly Embassy

Floating above the outskirts of the city on a bed a solid cloud, the Heavenly Embassy takes care of cherubuns living in Burrowgatory. 

Embassy head Primrose might act prickly, but he works hard to maintain the greenhouse gardens so that cherubuns can have access to ambrosia outside of the heavenly meadow. The Garden of Virtues is his pride and joy.
