The GA team is still hard at work chipping away at the breeding requests submitted in February, but in the meanwhile, some of them have finished our first round of Special Deliveries!

Congratulations to tsuwugi , Traen , AcuteExposure , beebo , and Peony for your new buns, and thank you so much to the GAs who volunteered to fulfill these free requests!

If you've submitted a Special Delivery request and your Positive Test is deleted from your inventory in the next couple weeks, don't be alarmed; our website doesn't allow us to send communications when deleting items like it does when distributing them, but it means that a GA has selected your request to complete!

You can expect to see at least one more round of Special Deliveries this month, depending on how many the GAs choose to take on. (Rest assured that GAs are not allowed to pick their friends' requests to fulfill—all chosen Special Deliveries are based solely on which succubun pairs the GAs find inspiring to design offspring for.)

Good evening Burrowgatory! We have a few small updates for you tonight.

The Matentines event shop and Matentines Tramp recipe have officially closed. If you still have leftover Candy Hearts that you don't want to keep, you can now sell them for 5 carats each from your inventory.

NPC Prompts & Trinkets

We'd like to make it feel worthwhile to get to know our NPCs through the NPC prompts, so we've updated the bonus reward for these prompts from 10 to 20 carats.

Users who have previously completed the trinket-rewarding NPC prompts can submit the links to their prompt submissions through Submit Claim to receive the 10 bonus carats. Please make sure to add the 10 carat reward claim to your submission. (This does NOT include the Mission Imp-possible prompt)

Additionally, the trinkets that your succubuns earn from completing NPC prompts now have an additional feature. If you submit a piece featuring one of your succubuns who owns an NPC trinket with that NPC, you can receive 5 bonus carats. This should be perfect for users who want to develop relationships between their characters and the NPCs!

(Please note that the NPC trinket bonus does not stack for multiple NPCs and can only be claimed once per piece.)

Doll Rewards Update

We've noticed that users seem to be far more inclined to draw succubuns in their bun form than doll form when trying to earn carats due to the difference in effort required vs. carats received. To try to even things out a little and encourage more doll art, we've updating the carat earnings for drawing dolls.

Half-body doll and chibi dolls will now earn 10 carats each.

Full-body dolls will now earn 15 carats each.

The Carat Guide and Carat Calculator have both been updated to reflect these new values. We hope it will feel more worthwhile to draw succubuns in their cute and sexy doll forms now.

It's the busiest time of year for the Bunnery—baby buns are being born all throughout Burrowgatory, and it's the church's job to gather them all and care for them until it's time to turn them over to Murmur at the end of the month.

BREEDING

The Official Breeding Request form is now closed, and users who submitted requests that haven't yet been taken may still be contacted for payment throughout the month as the GA team works through the request list.

The GA team is also pleased to introduce Special Deliveries. Users who earn a Positive Test in the Breeding Season event can submit a breeding request to the Special Deliveries form for a chance to receive a free offspring succubun designed by a GA.

In addition to official breeding, users can now earn offspring MYO slots by earning a Positive Test in the Breeding Season event.

EVENT IMP

Egghel is now in stock only in the Breeding Season event shop. This special imp comes in one of four random colors—which one will you get when you coax it out of its shell?

EVENT MOCHI

Dan's whipped up a creamy new dango flavored with plant-based dairy. Ever since he started stocking it, there have been strange reports of what appear to be baby imps around... But imps come into existence fully grown, so what's going on?

Milk Mochi is available for purchase with milk bottles in the Breeding Season event shop. It can also be purchased with carats at Dan's Dango, only in the month of March.

Nursery Nun RAFFLE

Congratulations to olddorothy for winning the Lovebirds Raffle! Please submit a claim telling us which of the two prize buns you'd like to keep for yourself, and which Succubuns user you're gifting the other to.

This month's free succubun raffle design looks right at home working in the Bunnery. Will you take good care of them the way they take good care of baby buns?

Matentines

We hope you all enjoyed the sexy fun in our first Matentines event!

We received a lot of positive feedback about the "first completion/additional completion" format of the prompts this event, and definitely want to implement it in more events. However, approving prompts with different rewards depending on number of completions wound up creating a lot more work for the admins, and resulted in many approvals not receiving rewards correctly. To remedy this, we've asked our programmer to modify our prompt system to allow us to automatically give different rewards depending on the number of completions. We're hoping to have this feature implemented by May, so that we can bring back this style of prompt rewards for future events.

The Matentines event shop and Matentines Tramp award recipe will remain open until March 7th, at which point all remaining knickers will disappear.

We can't wait to see you all again for next year's Matentines!

Good evening, Burrowgatory! We have a small update for you tonight.

Dailies

Those of you who frequent the Church of Sulfur to make your daily prayers should be happy to hear that the process has been streamlined. You now only need to click on the demon idol in the shop description to receive your daily blessings, as opposed to purchasing a Demonic Prayer item and opening it in your inventory.

We've also add a new daily feature to the Pillow Pile using this new mechanic. Once per day, you can visit Shibani to scrounge for loose change in the pillows, which has a chance of earning you a carat or two.

Reminders

February is a short month, and there's only about a week left until the Matentines event concludes, so make sure you submit all your prompts and buy all your raffle tickets before midnight on February 28th. The Matentines shop will remain open until March 7th, at which point all remaining knickers will disappear, and the Matentines Tramp award recipe will become inaccessible.

This is also the last week that you can buy winter seasonal drinks from the Rabbit Hole. After February 28th, the Commemorative Glass, On the Rocks, Celestiale, and Rum & Smoke drinks will be unavailable until December.

Finally, the official Succubun Breeding Requests form will close at midnight on February 28th. If you want to have an official artist design you a semi-custom succubun based on two parent buns of your choice, make sure to submit your request soon!

We hope everyone has been enjoying Matentines thus so far. The prompts you've all been submitting have been an extra delight to approve this month, and we're looking forward to see everything else you'll submit before the end of the event.

Downtime

As we're sure many of you have noticed, the site has gone down a couple of times recently when putting up design sales. Yves and Moif have been working hard to stabilize the site before the Sweet & Spicy Gacha goes live on the 13th, and they believe that they've isolated the shortcomings in our server, which will require some downtime to improve.

On Saturday 2/11, Moif and Yves will be taking down the site for a short period to upgrade our RAM and run some updates that will hopefully keep the site from crashing again.

We're expecting this to happen between 1-4pm site time, and we'll post a warning in the Discord and on Twitter a few minutes before it happens. Please don't be alarmed if you try to check the site and it's down tomorrow!

Drinks Update

In other news, we've made some adjustments to the uses for the miscellaneous Rabbit Hole drinks to better align with the way that Succubuns players use our Design Update system.

Drabsinthe has been updated to cover both its original use, as well as Sin and Tonic's original use. In addition to using a Drabsinthe to revert a succubun to a previous design, you can now use it to remove any number of traits from a succubun when redesigning them.

Bourbun has been adjusted from being used for all color changes, to being used for any type of small change to both colors and markings. Its price has been reduced from 50 to 30 carats. Hopefully this will make design tweaks more accessible without worrying about whether you need one or two 50 carat drinks!

Hopscotch has been adjusted from being used for all marking changes, to being used for large changes to both colors and markings, or complete design overhauls. The price has been raised from 50 to 120 carats to cover its increased versatility, and to better cover cases of players using existing designs like MYO slots when doing complete redesigns.

Sin and Tonic now costs only 15 carats, and can be used to make art updates that don't require another item. If you want to update your succubun's art without changing any traits/colors/markings, or you want to add a new reference image to their official Images tab, you will need to attach a Sin and Tonic to your design submission. (This does not apply to submitting a doll form for a succubun that previously lacked one, which is still free.)

When creating these drinks initially, we didn't intend for redesigns without item usage to be a part of our Design Update system at all, but realized it was unreasonable to prevent people from updating their characters' art once we started getting submissions for it. However, updating artwork still takes just as much work for the admin team even when no trait changes are involved, so we've decided that there needs to be an item requirement to do so.

If they so wish, users who own one of these items obtained before February 10th may submit a claim with the item attached to receive a refund of the item's old price in carats (yes, even for Drabsinthe or Hopscotch, which are technically more valuable now).

There will also be a one week grace period for submitting masterlist art updates without a Sin and Tonic for players who were working on new artwork before this update was made, ending at midnight February 17th.

Miscellaneous Updates

To help players submitting the Blind Date prompt or other collaborative pieces, we've added a Collaboration checkbox to the carat calculator. Please make sure you check it when submitting art collabs and roleplays to automatically split your carat earnings. (Both collaborators will still need to submit the prompt separately to get their carats.)

As you may have already seen, we've added permission toggle icons to succubun masterlist pages. These icons let you tell at a glance if a succubun is open for trade offers, gift art, gift writing, or breeding. Each permission can be set to YES, NO, or ASK FIRST on the succubun's profile page. Please do not ever contact someone about trades or breeding for a succubun whose permission is set to NO.

You may need to clear your cache or hard refresh to see the custom colors we have set for it, as the default ones don't quite suit our site's pallete. We don't want you to get blinded by that highlighter yellow!

Don't forget that breeding requests are open until the end of the month. If you want a precious baby designed by our amazing GA team, there's no time to waste submitting a form!

The Sweet & Spicy Gacha will be going live in just a few days. $300 preclaims will open at 11pm on February 13th, and $150 gacha rolls will open at 11pm on February 14th. First, we are relieved to announce that all of the broken submission functions are now working again. Users can submit Design Updates and MYOs again, and admins will be able to respond to prompts and claims.

In reponse to some users expressing discomfort with the upcoming breeding feature, we've moved the information about it from the Matentines page to its own Breeding info page. We've also added a small amount of additional information about how breeding will work if you want to check it out!

We've also decided to address the small number of complaints we've received about the new content. We want to help as many users enjoy Succubuns as possible, but hope you can understand why it's not always possible to make everyone happy.

Love Letter Telegrams

The GA team has come together to help you express your affection for that special Succubuns user.

These telegram designs are bun-only semi-customs—the palette and theme will match the love letter selected, but you can choose the horn type and general personality you'd like the design to have. The catch? You can't buy one for yourself—these love letters must be gifted to another recipient when purchasing!

Telegram claims will open on February 1st at 8pm EST for $80 each.

Users may only claim one telegram, and may only have one telegram gifted to them.

Finished designs will be distributed on February 28th.

Sweet & Spicy Gacha
