After spending her first couple years living outside Burrowgatory, a young, wide-eyed succubun named Ashlyn would one day find her way onto 6th Street. The sole proprietor of a fortune telling parlor, she utilizes oneiromantic techniques to provide unique divination services ranging from simple dream interpretation to long in-depth appointments. Living in her apartment just above the parlor, Ashlyn's professional and private lives, (both waking and otherwise,) intertwine to such a point that she will at times struggle to see where one day ends and another begins.
Called Ash by her friends, she keeps mostly to herself, spending much of her time in her apartment watching bad horror movies, napping with her loafki, and anything else she can do from the comfort of her own bed. When she does go out however, some remember Ashlyn for her kindness and curiousity, while others note her to be a bit stubborn and gullible. However, to the few that know her well, she's a passionate friend; one who'd excitedly drag you by the wrist on an impromptu shopping adventure the moment she suspects you're having a bad day, all too happy to tease and bother you once you're smiling again.
However, despite her outward optimism and cheerful demeanor, Ashlyn is deeply insecure. She tries her absolute best to hide it, but she nonetheless struggles to cope on her own. So when an episode does strike, she does what she can; spending time with friends, indulging in her writing, and hiring the occasional escort. But no matter what happens, she never seems to lose her sunny outlook.

Her eyes are pearlescent and pupilless, yet lively. Small motes of gentle starlight twinkle sweetly around her. Her nails are blue-gray like the spade of her tail, and her horns are the same color as her hair, blushed at their tips. Ashlyn's expression is always bright and light-hearted unless specified.

- She is a frequent victim of scams, thanks in part to her trusting nature and poor impulse control.
- She spends most of her alone time in bun form. Her apartment features several private, cozy areas that can only be accessed while in this smaller size.
- She suffers from frequent nightmares. While at times interfering with her work, they mostly come during her own dreams at night. She is anxious that they may be a grim portent for her future.
Relationships
When Ashlyn first moved into Burrowgatory, she was scared and alone. A stranger in a strange world, she knew nothing of the city and had no one to confide in. Anxious and desperate, she saw an ad online for Satin's matchmaking services, including one involving divination. Just a week away from opening her own fortune telling business and feeling wholly unready, she sought Satin out for advice.
Though their methods differ, Satin was able to give Ashlyn the confidence she needed to open her practice on 6th Street. Over time, the two would become acquainted, as Ashlyn would continue to come to Satin for guidance and Satin would become a regular at Ashlyn's parlor. It wouldn't take long for their relationship to outgrow their work, and they'd soon become fast friends.
