MYO-8366: Ethan Heartache

A guy consumed by his grief, turned into the biggest hater alive.  The actual Ethan hasn't really been seen for a long time, though his legacy of making enemies causes him to be remembered by many shady figures. 
technically also his 'son', trouble, who looks almost exactly like him (minus the piercing which I forgot to draw on the doll A)
