Danny has always been a scrappy, street rat kind of guy with a love for everything chaotic and fixing up cars and bikes. He’s short, but fiery, and will not hesitate to accept a challenge, which has landed him in plenty of trouble over the years. He always had difficulties following the law or having people boss him around, so he could never keep a job for a long period of time, even when he tried associating with gangs or other seedy types of people. Being this way caused him to get a fair share of beatings, including losing an eye in a nasty fight with a gang member because he refused to do what they wanted. 

The only way he could get money was by fixing up cars and bikes out of his rundown home, scraping by on word-of-mouth business. Of course, as much as he loved doing that, he still desired more excitement. So he used some of the money he’d saved and bought an abandoned lot on the outskirts of Burrowgotary to turn it into his own illegal racetrack. 

The racetrack became a popular hangout for misfits, rebels, and anyone looking for a good, chaotic show. There are absolutely no rules there and anyone can compete in exchange for cash, favors and maybe their life. But as the manager, he's there to host the races, bark orders, tweak engines and to collect the entry fees. He has also participated  in the races himself, earning the nickname “Danger” due to his reckless tactics and because of the yellow and black eye cover he typically wears.
