Local menace who loves scaring others - obsessed with spooky stuff and probably lurks around at night in abandoned places to scare others that come to explore them

He's probably a bit of a thrill seeker but he is very accident prone 

Likely trips over his sleeves often while in bun form

Do not leave him alone with anything dangerous- especially fire. He will accidentally burn a city down

Probably accidentally poked his own eye with something sharp

Might work at a convenience store and is always extremely bored while working
