Sparklers with Valentina

"Bing, bing, bing!" The alert clock started to ring. "Oh, shut up... I have to rest my stomach." Zeroken yawned and smashed the button of the alert clock so she could continue to rest. It didn't take even a minute and the succubun was again peaceful back to sleep.

Around 5 minutes later her Phantomile managed to wake up from her little sleep. She rushed towards her owner and rubbed her face against Zero's cheek. "Hmm?" Zeroken jumped up and looked down to her imp who started to jump up and down on the bed. With a big yawn Zeroken grabbed her phone to check the time. "Oh shit, you're right! The show's almost starting!" The succubun gave Valentina a little hug and smooched her cheek, her imp actually enjoying the love she's gotten. Happily Valentina nodded, her owner instantly understood what she was meaning. Today was the New Year! And Zeroken has bought so many sparklers to celebrate this day together with her beloved Valentina.

The grey-haired lady quickly changed to her doll form to change her clothes and got her make up ready, while rushing down a sugared cup of coffee. Her hair was quickly done and she rushed to grab her sparklers and her imp. "So, are you ready for the new year, Valentina?" Zeroken had a wide grin on her face and her Phantomile eagerly nodded. Even if Valentina always had that sad face, Zero always knew when she's happy. She smiled and hugged her imp once more.

With a joyful expression, Zeroken walked to the little meeting that was in the middle of Burrowgatory. The air outside was so refreshing, maybe it was a bit cold, but Zeroken didn't mind it. Loud noises were already heard once she got closer to the place. "Oooh, what do you think Valentina? Shall we grab some nice mochis to eat at home? Maybe they have other snacks too!" She sounded so fired up, just thinking about some good food. Her imp turned around to look at her, a face begging for some dangos. Zeroken grinned and nodded. "Yes, you'll get something good too!"

They arrived at the festival, so many buns are there! "I can't wait to see all these fancy sparklers up! Don't they always look so beautiful?" Zeroken was so happy, but first of all, she decided to shop some snacks for their home until it was time to light up some sparklers. Along with the good foods, she fetched a bottle of cheap vodka that was being sold at one sales stand.

Once the shopping was done, she and Valentina went to a small place at the side of the event. A comfortable area of grass to sit. She sat down on the ground and started to drink her booze a little bit. After 5 minutes, she put the bottle to the side, pulled out the sparklers and stuffed one into the earth before Valentina and took one into her own hand. "Oooh, I'm so ready for this! What about you, Val?" With big eyes and a wide smile she looked at her Phantomile and it nodded back to her, closing her eyes to give a... somewhat happy expression.

After some minutes it was finally time to lit the sparklers on. Midnight! Time to welcome the new year! Zero grabbed her lighter out of her jeans pocket and fired up the sparkler of Valentine and then her own. So pretty! Zeroken's eyes were sparkling as she watched the funky lights popping. Her pet was so interested in seeing these shiny, little toys. It was the first time Valentina got to see them. But the sparklers turned off so fast, Valentina put on her gloomy face again and seemed to be disappointed. Zeroken looked down to her and chuckled. "It's okay, when we are at home, I'll put on as many lighters as you wish!"

Valentina jumped towards her owner and happily hugged her.

It started to become loud, fireworks were being shoot up to the sky. Valentina became so scared of the noises, Zeroken lifted her up and cuddled her. "Now, now. Do not worry. Look up to the sky!" She pointed upwards and Valentina saw it. Her eyes turned big and Zeroken giggled a bit. That was her pet's first sight of fireworks and it seemed to be so satisfying.
