not the best but ey i tried with what little ingredients i had :'] and slightly improvised abit
didnt have plain arugula so i had to use a spring mix which includes it [plain arugula is rarely sold in stores around me anyway]
yuzu is also something ive never seen in a store near me so i had to use normal lemons instead
did not have green apples ether sadly
still yummy ether way a very refreshing snack :D
