Now that the crowds of the Toy Fair had thinned out, and the majority of the popular stands had sold out their crafts. Darlet took this opportunity to see what was left to buy. Hoping that his timing was good, he sought out more distorted figures for his collection. Finding some stray stalls here and there containing a variety of less popular knick nacks. A smiling man selling simple wooden toys made by hand, a stall offering knock off action figures remanufactured from left over parts, and a tall stand that sold specifically pool noodles in various colours and patterns.

As he walked through the rows of shops closing up for the day, and people making their last minute purchases. He saw something that gave reason for pause. A stand selling horror themed memorabilia run by a tall, built, and intimidating man in a hockey mask. Darlet couldn't help himself but wander closer, which caught the attention of the masked shopkeep. "It seems you aren't the type to get scared easily. Maybe I can change that. Welcome to my shop of kills." He motions to the shelves behind him, housing various prop knives and blood stained axes. The table infront of him showing an array of masks designed after killer clowns, skinless monsters held together by stitches and staples, and ravenous beasts with too many teeth.

The shorter man let's out soft hums of intrigue, studying each of the items on sale before turning his gaze up to the masked salesman. "I like what you got here. But I was hoping for something more. Decayed. Do you have anything really messed up and creepy? I'm talking like, straight out of that Jessabelle movie. Or Bucky. Something I can leave out to keep my roommates from messing with my stuff when I'm gone." Darlet tilts his head to the side, giving off as sweet of a smile as he could to the man, although he couldn't gauge any reaction outside of the one eye peeking through the holes in the mask.

The stitched man bent down, picking out a duct tape sealed chest and tossing it down on the table. "Well. I do have this. But most people say it's cursed. I personally don't mind, but selling it has been a challenge." He reaches back, grabbing one of the knives off the shelf and easily slicing open the tape. Revealing the inside of the wooden casket that held an old looking ceramic doll. It had milky white skin under cracked paint and age. It was wearing a faded blue jumpsuit, and had tufts of black hair wildly strung from the top of its head. "I think this might be the one you're looking for. If you aren't worried about how it comes to life around this time of year."

Darlet looked at the man with skepticism. "Comes to life? This thing may be cool looking. But I don't know about all that stuff." He reached into the box, lifting the doll with both hands. It's limbs were stiff, and had a bit of difficulty moving. This thing really had been sealed in this box for a while. "I'll take em off your hands. I'd say this guy is weathered enough to meet all my criteria. Plus, if I can get Jousah to believe this coming to life shit, he may actually keep people out of my room." Darlet set it back down into the box, reaching into his pocket to get out carats before a large hand landed on his shoulder.

"Don't worry about it this time. It's all yours. Though you should take my number in case anything happens. I am not liable for any damages this thing may cause. But feel free to call if you need a replacement, cause I have more than enough haunted shit." The man closes the doll inside the box before flipping it over. Pulling a marker out of his pocket, he scribbles down a number and a name. "I also work for a haunted house. Feel free to come by, we could always use someone with features like yours in our cast of ghouls."

Darlet nods, reading the scribbles before giving the man a wink. "Eh. I just might give you a call Micael. You wouldn't happen to do home visits would you?" He joked, half expecting a sigh or a rolling of eyes. But instead, the man planted both hands on the table hard enough to make the merchandise bounce and displace from their initial spots. He looked up and swallowed the spit that had suddenly built in his throat.

Micael stared down at him intensely. "I do. But I charge extra."

Now that the concert is over and the Toy Fair is wrapping up for the year, Darlet is doing some last minute shopping, and perhaps making a new acquaintance.
